Can I create my own custom giftbox?

All of our gift boxes have been built to include each item intentionally, centered on your theme of choice. Add On’s are available for our boxes to create an even more robust gift!
Can I include a personal note?

Yes! Personal notes are included with every box free of charge. Additionally, a custom note can be added to any gift as an Add-On for a small fee.
When will my order ship?

Currently, orders are finalized, packed, and shipped within 2-3 business days.

You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within two business days.
Returns can be made for a full refund to the original payment method within 21 days. Buyer is responsible for return shipping on all “change-of-mind” returns.
If a product should ever arrive damaged, we are happy to make it right by sending a replacemen at no additional cost when provided with proof of damage.
Personalized products are final sale and are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged.
